Step 1 The first step is crucial toward designing your logo and we need to get as much information as possible. This is a communication stage in which we work together to come up with a strategy to create your logo.  
 
  Here we'll identify your company's target market, business image, competitors, ideas that you have and any other information that will help in the design process. The information is collected through the Order Form and any phone or e-mail conversation we have.  
  Unlike any other site, we do not charge you any money in advance.  
  The payment will be done only when the final logo design is approved by you, just before the logo's delivery to you.

Step 2 After we review all the information you provide us on step 1, we'll get right to our drawing board. Our logo designs are custom made, original drafts.  
 
  We never use pre-made software to design your logo like some other sites.  
  In the next 5-7 business days we will present you the initial designs.  
   

 
Step 3 This is still a communication stage between us, when alterations will be made to the logo design(s) in accordance with the specifications and instructions you give us. You can view the progress of your logo alterations on a secure link we will create for your account on our web site.  
 
 
   

 
Step 4 When the design process has been completed and both parties satisfied, we will optimize your logo design with multiple file formats and sizes, so you will be able to use the logo for anything you want.  
 
   

 
Step 5 Now, this is the time to send us your payment for the logo design we have created for you (method of payment on Pricing page).  
 
  Once we received your payment, we'll send you a package with your new logo design via e-mail, or on a CD for an additional $10.  
  At this moment all the rights of the logo design we created, belong to you.
